ZEST Outsourcing company is looking for a «Office Administrator» for an international FMCG company project.
- Travel and Visa Support for all employees;
- Оrganizing all company or departmental events, сhooses and negotiates with provider, controls event preparation and running process.;
- Ensures adherence of documentation and office to Fire Office Rules, Sanitary Station, OVIR;
- Work with ex-pats' documents;
- Support administrative projects as required by the company;
- Work in SAP database to perform payments to suppliers/service providers.
- English — advanced level;
- Experience of work on the similar position;
- Higher education;
- Advanced user of MS Office;
- Excellent organisational skills.
Terms of work and payment:
- Schedule: a five-day workweek, from 09:00 to 18:00;
- Area: Kyiv;
