ZEST Outsourcing company is looking for a «Secretary-Receptionist» for an international company project.
- Dealing with telephone and email inquiries, providing with information the callers, taking messages or transfering calls to the appropriate persons;
- Support and coordination of an office;
- Receiving and forwarding incoming correspondence;
- Registration of incoming and outgoing documents;
- Booking tickets and accomodations on the requests of the employees of the company;
- Greet visitors, handle their inquiries, inform the apropriate persons about a meeting;
- Assistance in arrangement of meetings in the office, preparation the required materials;
- Preparation answers on incoming letters within the limits of a secretary - receptionist's authority.
- English — Upper Intermediate/advanced level;
- Work experience on the similar position will be preferable;
- Client oriented, responsible, team player.
Terms of work and payment:
- Schedule: a five-day workweek, from 09:00 to 18:00;
- Area: Kyiv;
